Global TV aired an investigative news story on the weekend questioning the security at research reactors in Canada. These small reactors can be found on university campuses across country.     Alarmingly, the Canadian Nuclear Safety Comission (CNSC) - Canada’s supposed nuclear safety watchdog - refused to respond to the show’s requests for an interview.  What’s the CNSC afraid of?
